Louie's Gun Shop/Pizza N Stuff/Rent-A-Tent Present High Banks Championship Night

(Woodhull, NY) After a long 2021 season that began with the Arnot Mall Car Show in March, the final point night of the year at the Woodhull Raceway will conclude the regular season on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the historic Steuben County Facility.

With a summer that has been plagued with numerous rainouts and a flood, second year track owners, Terry and Nike Brewer have somehow been able to weather the storm and now it’s time to see who will claim the track titles in each of Woodhull’s eight weekly classes of competition.

With all the rainouts it has kept the points extremely close in all the classes except for two as Brody Amidon the Mini Stocks and Levi Riley in the Youth Warrior Divisions, both classes sponsored by Big Jim’s Wicked Tee’s have comfortable point leads.

Regarding the remainder of the divisions, it’s way to close to call particularly the Insinger Performance Modifieds where Woodhull Raceway winningest driver, Billy VanPelt is in for a real fight as anyone within the top five has a shot to try an upend VanPelt in his quest to nail track title 23.

Relevant to all the other divisions it’s still a crapshoot as to who will win the respective class championships, however with regular points on the line it gives each point leader heading into the Sept 4 event a definite advantage.

For the fans it will keep everyone on the edge of their seats, however it puts added pressure on the drivers and crews as any mistake can ruin the whole season.
