(WOODHULL, N.Y.) - The annual Arnot Mall Car Show presented by Swarthout Recycling kicks off this weekend in Horseheads, NY and race fans of Woodhull Raceway will get their first chance to see the new paint schemes and new cars for their favorite drivers.
Fans and teams alike will have the opportunity to purchase their 2016 season passes as well from the Woodhull Raceway booth in Center Court. Woodhull Raceway has released the pricing schedule for the 2016 season and will be as follows:
Reserved seating for the season: $20
Adult Grandstand Season Pass will be $220
Seniors 62+ Grandstand Season Pass: $140
Season Pass for the Pit Area: $450
Over 40 cars are ready to converge on the Arnot Mall this weekend to show off their 2016 mounts for competition on "New York's Toughest Bullring". Track Champions from the past season will be on display as well, some celebrating their first title and some like Chris Daugherty and Billy Van Pelt celebrating multiple championships on Woodhull's one-third-mile bullring.
Owners and Promoters Ted and Brandi White will be representing the raceway at the Woodhull Raceway booth in Center Court all weekend long. Fans, teams and media are encouraged to attend, meet and greet with track ownership.
Local dirt track talk show, Turn 5 Live, will be on location Saturday afternoon from 3PM-6PM recording their Tuesday March 22nd episode. They will interview drivers and anyone affiliated with the raceway that wishes to participate. Their coverage of the car show will lead up to the return of the Team Pit Stop Competition on Saturday evening at 6:30PM.
Teams of three will compete in the competition where they will change a right rear tire in the fastest time possible, without leaving any loose lug nuts. The three team members will consist of a tire changer, tire carrier and jackman. There is no cost to enter a three man team, with the fastest three teams receiving prizes as well as a special award for the best dressed team.
The Arnot Mall in Horseheads, NY will be a go-to destination this weekend to get your motorsports juices flowing for the upcoming season. It will also mark just 4 short weeks away from Opening Night on Saturday April 16th at Woodhull Raceway with the 360 Late Models, Crate Sportsman, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Front Wheel Drives and Woodhull Warriors all taking center stage. The 370 Modified division will kick off two weeks later on Saturday April 30th.

Woodhull Raceway is located in Woodhull, NY, just 30 minutes West of Corning, NY and competes weekly on Saturday nights from mid-April through Labor Day Weekend.
